I want to give a big shout out to the wonderful pharmacist, Steven. My doctor had written a new prescription for me that required extra paperwork to be able to get it at a reasonable cost. When I brought the paperwork to the pharmacy I just knew it would likely be a big headache to process it. Steven took care of the paperwork in a short time period and explain the process to me. Only complaint is that I could not find any notification on the website to login to your Walgreens account that they are closed on the weekend at this time. If there had been a notification I would have picked up the Prescriptions on Friday instead of wasting my time by going in on Saturday only to discover the pharmacy was closed. Monday been here twice. Staff nice and efficient BUT with only one helper they should help 2 or 3 people inside before helping drive up. By far the worst pharmacy. I seem to have an issue with at least one or all of my medications every month when it's time to get my refills, it's ridiculous. My husband already switched pharmacies I think it's time I switch as well.
My wife and I visited the Vista location after Carson City couldn’t help us. The line was long but the staff amazing! Teri, the pharmacist, went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed; and Melissa was absolutely amazing! Her cheerful, positive, friendly demeanor was contagious and made the long wait wonderful. Thank you, Melissa, for caring so much about others and being so exceptional at your job.
