Terrible customer service Spanish guy cashing out .
(Copied from the Walgreens store review section, I am posting this in both locations so people know they CANNOT go here if they take medications that can’t be transferred). I never write reviews, but I am morally obligated to today— I urge you to take your business elsewhere immediately. I just stood in line today—12/17/25– and witnessed the older female pharmacist publicly abuse her own staff and a polite young gentleman. 5275 Transit Rd. Williamsville, NY NEVER answers the phone so you can't order a prescription, or talk to the pharmacists!!! Filled a prescription with the wrong medicine. Apparently WALGREENS is too CHEAP to hire enough staff for the pharmacy, so the pharmacy is not sooo overwhelmed and can give better customer service. I miss Rite Aide
