I have been using this walgreens since I moved to th fulshear area and have never had any issues. The pharmacist Ms Stephanie is awesome she reminds me when I need my updated covid or any vaccinations. She fills my pain medication or if there is any issues she calls me in advance to make me aware (especially when there was issues with my particular pain TX being on back order so that I knew how to readjust my dosage so I don't run completely out of it until they had it it stock.
I have stage 4 spinal cancer, my prescriptions are never ready on time. Recently I was told it would be ready on the 28th, so on the 28th I stopped by to pick it up. I was told that I had to be there before the 28th. They told me it had to be refilled and I could stop by later today to pick it up. I called to confirm before my daughter was going to leave to pick it up. Now they are saying it won't be ready until the 30th! I no longer love this place. They always seem in a bad mood. I went to pick up a rx to which one of the ladies told me they didn’t have til the next day. I left and like 1-2 hrs later they texted that my rx was ready…
The staff and pharmacist were super friendly and helpful. There was no wait when I showed up and I was taken care of quickly.
