Great service with good prices. We will continue to use this Walgreens location.
Poor customer service inadequate at there jobs and failure to operate at the corporate level of expectations Walgreens has gone down hill in service I will be moving my mother's medication to a more competent pharmacy that can seem to do there jobs efficiently.
I really don't understand how these pharmacies stay in business anymore this place is either closed randomly or you have to wait a half an hour inside to get your prescription or there are five cars in the Drive-Thru every time you go to drive through so either way you can never get your prescriptions. The customer service is just down the drain. I miss the days when pharmacies were open 24 hours a day, and you could go get whatever you needed when the Golden Girls were home sleeping.
The store itself is fine. The thing I found annoying recently is that I specifically moved a prescription from CVS to Walgreens based off pricing in the Good RX app. When I went to pick up my prescription, I was told that I needed to pay double what the good RX price was. I questioned why that was, and the pharmacy tech said “yeah, that’s not the real price. You’re not the first person this has happened to. You either have pay the real price or you can move the prescription someplace else.” so, I moved the prescription back ... read more
Horrible service at the pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone when you try to see if your prescription is ready. If you go there and it’s not ready, they tell you to come back in 30 minutes. This is after you’ve waited in line for 20-30 minutes before that.
