Very disappointing pharmacy experience. The service is consistently poor, and the pharmacy feels outdated and unable to keep up with what customers expect from a modern pharmacy. They frequently have medications out of stock, make too many mistakes, and the limited pharmacy hours make things even more frustrating. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the pharmacy staff at Walgreens for the amazing service and patience they show every day. I recently went in to pick up a prescription and witnessed a pharmacy technician being treated incredibly unfairly by a customer while simply trying to verify an insurance/card on file — something that is clearly part of their job to ensure patient information is accurate and up to date.
