Waits are too long. Ever time I’ve came there has been an issue with one of the medications not being ready even though the app states it’s been entered and I’ve received a text so I have to wait 30 minutes and swing back by, only to have to wait in a line of 3 cars for 25 minutes plus. I’ve waited in line for an hour before with 4 or 5 cars. I'm visiting the area. I needed a refill of my meds. I read the reviews and thought I would have a hard time. I was so grateful that I didn't. Bc I'm a long time Walgreens customer and have an open account/profile when my Dr in Wilmington called it in they filled it. I was send me a notification they were working on it. I looked at my account and it was ready and waiting.

The wait times are routinely incredibly long, and the process for refilling certain prescriptions is unnecessarily difficult. I have a prescription for a Schedule II medication, which my doctor calls in three months at a time. However, due to regulations, I can only fill one month at a time. Because it’s a controlled substance, I cannot use the automated phone system or online refill options—I must speak directly with someone in the pharmacy.
