Fallen far and fast in last 2 years. I wanted them to improve and avoid Amazon, but I creating my profile now.
For about 3 years I received horrible service. If it wasn't that I would have had to move 8 prescriptions, I would have. Then, about 2-3 months ago, there was a complete turnaround; promises met, stable staff that knew who I was, prescriptions went from partials to complete, etc. Complete turnaround. Getting a refill is no longer "an adventure".
All refills take at least 3 days to process. Long lines.
Nina the Pharmacist here is rude. Shouting at people already in line that they close soon and may or not be able to help you despite that fact that you’ve been stood waiting on account of their slow service. No wonder this store’s rating is terrible and Walgreens is suffering. I’ll be transferring my business to a local, independent Pharmacy - something I should’ve done long ago.
Disorganized and awful manager. Huge line and they let people cut. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
