I teach customer services t o businesses in the Albuquerque area and this Pharmacy has the poorest customer service of any business with which I have done business in the last 2 years . I have had at least eight less than satisfactory , failing , experiences at the customer service window. I do n o t understand how this business survive s other than they have a great location. It is hard to know if this incompetence is localized or this is part of a larger corporate issue with Walgreens itself. This pharmacy is constantly having problems keeping stock and filling prescriptions. Their app is also terrible and doesn’t tell you the real status of RXs
I am switching a way from Walgreens as my pharmacy because of this location. They're never open when they say they will be and they're often late on everything.
Pharmacy constantly closes with no notice. Sometimes you get notice, most often you do not.
