Had me waiting a whole hour yesterday to tell me they were real busy. Kept my paperwork from doctor n workers comp. Called today at 5pm , recording said my Prescription was ready. I come to pick up my meds, NO MEDS, NO PAPERWORK N ITS 715PM. THE SUCK HERE
I've used this pharmacy over 20 years. The staff has always been polite even after customer abuse. They understand people sick enough to need meds can't always maintain self control, something we all need to work on. I give this Walgreen's Pharmacy a rate of 5 stars.
Had the rudest little girl as a cashier today! Pink hair and glasses! I was simply trying to help her read my I D and she seemed like she was having problems seeing it, so I said the date out loud for her, and she snapped back and told me to "calm down"! I was in no way being rude or pushy!! She should absolutely NOT be in customer service. There are plenty of other stores to go to!
