Historically the longest waits of any pharmacy I’ve used. Simple refills, one-time (easy) prescriptions, drive-thru, in-store….MINIMUM 20min wait any time. Very inefficient. 5th time I’ve learned my lesson.
Had an appointment for a vaccination at 11:00 AM, one hour later I got up and left. A store shouldn't offer services that can't be taken care of.
I typically go during non-busy hours and I have found the pharmacist and desk staff very helpful, pleasant and informative. That with the combination of the Walgreens App that informs me when the prescription is being filled and ready for pickup make a great combination.
