Me and my boyfriend were greeted at this Walgreens so kindly and enthusiastically by Lapricia. She immediately asked what we were looking for and if she could help us find it. Her overall demeanor was very professional and made our day. Upon leaving we both agreed that we would absolutely come back to this Walgreens just to see her big smile and warm welcome again!!
This Walgreens pharmacy is just horrible, when I had to GO to the pharmacy (because they NEVER answer the phone) one of the lady's working in the pharmacy was talking about customers like we was dogs!! Very unprofessional, very uncalled for! I will be changing pharmacies, I will NOT have these employees talking to me or my family in such a ugly way!! Very unprofessional..
Walgreens are not worth a damn. They always screwing up on my mothers refills or my refills they wont answer the phone and you have to go over there to try to get it straight then they want to be a smartass towards you. When you want to change over to another pharmacy when that pharmacy calls them to get your info and whatever else they need they cant get throught to them
Well, it looks like most people feel the same way I do. The worst service known to mankind. The worst customer service, waiting in line atleast 25 min is normal. They will not answer the phone. Overall, terribly ridiculous.
Worst pharmacy ever, do not use. Never can get anyone on the phone. The line is always long and ppl are always waiting to get there medicine filled. They NEVER have my medicine ready. They make me wait until the 31st day to get my medicine so I have to go without until I go there ask them to fill it and have to wait another hour or 2. Its sad and messed up that walgreens makes me suffer and wont let me get my medicine on day 30 so I can have it when I get up the next morning.
