Never answers phone or fill prescriptions when they’re called in. You have to go in person to get them to work on it. Even then they’re a hassle to deal with and are largely not personable people. You can tell they don’t really care about their jobs much or the people they’re supposed to be helping.
Over 30 minutes on hold trying to get someone on the phone to fill a few prescriptions. Answering phone calls isn’t hard but these people act like it’s rocket science. It’d be nice to not have to go up there in this heat just to initiate the process to fill a prescription! Terrible customer service!
