Worst pharmacy staff, no courtesy nor response. Keeps putting on hold for hours.
I don't know why there are so many poor reviews, the staff here has always been welcoming and know us my name. Never had a bad experience. This is my go to Walgreens compared to others in the area.

Incompetent & unprofessional: App had 5 Rx's I picked up marked "ready for pick-up" . I called. Pharmacy tech nonchalantly told me he cancelled my order after I picked up my meds. My pick-up date in the system is inaccurate/late b/c the order wasn't put through correctly until I called about the error. Went to drop off package. Box was not sealed. Not a single client in line. You’d think customer service would offer a piece of scotch to seal it. But no. I was sent away.
