Anastasia called letting me know one of my prescriptions was ready to be refilled, i completely forgot about it and the call really surprised me! She really didn’t have to reach out but it makes such a difference!!
Friendly staff, good sales, helpful pharmacists. Prescription filling process is a bit chaotic (lost refills, multiple texts to say script is NOT filled, etc) but overall, a good experience.
Whoever the pharmacist is that is working right now at 6:20 pm on Thursday, September 4th is probably the one all of the negative reviews are about. She is extremely rude, insulting to her co-workers, and completely unprofessional. Ana is great, and she helped me with a pickup. I needed another prescription to be sent to another pharmacy, and as I was sitting and waiting, this pharmacist proceeded to talk about my wife and how she didn’t want generic, as if we were making her job more difficult.
