This company doesn't use common sense! Dropped off a RX before closing, at 11am tje next morning I received a text saying they were ready. My husband went after work 6pm & they said 1 was not ready bcz it was filled in Dallas??????? Why was it filled in Dallas, I delivered the RX by hand to your building! I have no plans of going to Dallas nor am I going to wait till Friday(that was what they said), Huh???? Why text customers that the 2 prescriptions were ready, huh?? Can't say online what I think about this one
This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever encountered. They've hung up on me after waiting on the line for more than eigth minutes; they've told me that specific medications my doctor had prescribed and sent in to the pharmacy were not on file--when they had actually been sent into the pharmacy and had been on file for DAYS (and the pharmacy simply failed to fill them); they had me drive forty-five minutes each way to another Walgreens pharmacy in order to pick up a medication that was out of stock at their locat... read more
