Long wait times. Prescription issues. Always out of meds. The app will say ready, then go to pick up, and it’s not ready.
Went there at 5.30pm - they said they just received the order.. it takes an hour (!) (for just antibiotics).. came back at 8pm - they said they are just filling it right now and I need to wait another 10min - no words..
Traveling I left my meds at home. They definitely helped me with that emergency pick up for a few days.
The worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. And I mean it's consistently bad. I don't know what is going on in that place, who runs it, manages it, etc. Between the long wait times, the bad attitudes, the totally confusing delivery system, it's a mess. And I've officially changed pharmacies.
The pharmacy employees are hard working and overwhelmed. Drive thru is always full, as well as the inside counter. Get these hard working employees some help!!!
