Might as well just go to another pharmacy, never have prescriptions ready and never answer phones
They never have prescriptions ready. Takes 2 days for them to fill them. I've been going here for 20 years, and they have gotten significantly worse in the last 5 years. If you need a prescription rushed, don't go here.
I have been using this pharmacy for years. I have always loved it. The pharmacist have always been amazing with answering questions. But the last year has been the worse service ever. Everytime I request a refill on my app or call it in it is days before it is filled. I will show up to get it and they says it's not ready it's still processing etc. I will be out of my meds for a few days waiting even though I request the refill days before it's out! They could care less about the health of the people they are supposed to serve. Just because you’re understaffed does not give you the right to mess with someone’s health.
