Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Waited for my prescription that was called in the day prior. Was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes with a screaming infant while they were all messing around giggling and talking in the back while avoiding me at the window when I was gonna ask how much longer it would be. Don’t waste your time get your prescription elsewhere
If I could rate this ZERO stars, I would. Proceed with caution when submitting photo orders. If the printer is down, they will not call, text, or email to let you know they’re having trouble with their equipment. They’ll just tell you to resubmit your order to another store. I wish I had known that hours ago.
I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. I called the pharmacy to request that my prescriptions be transferred to a nearby pharmacy. I waited on hold for about 12 minutes, which was not an issue. I understand hold times are common for this location particularly. Every time I call to call in my meds, they never answer, and god forbid i call an hour before they close because they either wont answer at all, or if they do, they will just hang up. Never had a problem in person, or when i do talk to someone, but the calling thing is ridiculous, and im going to be going to a different pharmacy soon.
