I called to inquire about insurance, it has been 20minutes and I have not spoken to anyone. I get the feeling they will leave .e.on hold until closing at 7p. I'm calling for my elderly grandma who is in the ER and I want to know if they accept her insurance. 22 mins and still holding. Because how long are y'all gonna let the phone ring?? So unprofessional, so ridiculous, I will not go to the Walgreens and be sure to tell my loved ones to avoid.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Waited for my prescription that was called in the day prior. Was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes with a screaming infant while they were all messing around giggling and talking in the back while avoiding me at the window when I was gonna ask how much longer it would be. Don’t waste your time get your prescription elsewhere
