I recently used the drive-thru at this pharmacy and had a very frustrating experience. I inserted my card into the machine, received my medications, and was not told where my card was placed afterward. They typically put it in the bag, so I assumed it was there and drove off. Within minutes, I realized my card was missing, circled the building, and got back in line — only to be told the employee who helped me had already left for the day. Poor customer service, almost impossible to get on phone, out of drug, tell you they have it the next day two days later keep phoning to get someone to tell you they don't know when they will have it meanwhile not informing you this by text phone or app. Person on phone asking what drug it is with your information pulling up on there computer clearly showing what it is. No one cares here except the older woman at the front, the cashier. The Pharmacy is a nightmare. Called 4x, they hung up on me 4x. I have bronchitis, but I went to pharmacy hoping it would be faster. Nope. Stood in line for 9 minutes!!! Each time I coughed and hacked due to being ill I got the evil eye(wearing a mask) I finally just walked out. No matter if its a holiday or just a tuesday only 1 person to "help". This store sucks!!
Hello, I read all the reviews, I'm sorry that you had some problems at this pharmacy. We haven't been using this Walgreens for very long, but our experience has been good. Everyone seems so nice, it doesn't take a long time if we're waiting inside. The staff is friendly and gets their job done. Price is good
The pharmacy puts you on hold for 15 minutes and then hangs up on you with nobody answering the phone. They're rude in person too, and they're slow.
