worst experience i've ever had with a pharmacy. my doctor office mistakenly sent my medication to this location (a blood pressure and cholesterol medication) and i've spent a week trying to get them to transfer my medication to my pharmacy where i live, in sherman. i don't even live near bonham. so, my pharmacy in sherman has tried to contact them, also, and the requests to send my medications to them have been repeatedly rejected. the pharmacist on staff when i called today was not helpful, didn't seem to care, didn't seem ... read more
robotic service at its finest welcome to the future
The pharmacy does not have current ours updated on their website. The created a significant issue with my pain meds after leaving the hospital. They are the worst! AVOID!!!
Another one bites the dust! This went from a fantastic Five-Star, small-town pharmacy to just another One-Star Walgreens. Lost all the local charm. No more compassion. No more above-and-beyond. Just poorly-functioning computerized inefficiency that they blame on the poor doctors offices. So very disappointing. Had to modify my old Five-Star review for the Brookshires pharmacy to this one. We’re switching to Fannin Pharmacy.
