This place is terrible.
People medicine not ready and they let them sit there & hold up the damn drive through line if its not ready have them get out the line its ridiculous , its all the time thinking about switching to another pharmacy
I don’t understand how every time I need to get medicine from this pharmacy, there’s ALWAYS a minimum of at least a 15-20 minute wait time. I’m currently sitting in the line and I’ve been here for 30 minutes.
The Walgreen’son Sherwood gave my wife expired medicine. I brought it back and got nothing but lip service. I went to the Jones Creek store and was helped by pharmacist Wayne Bajon. Wayne handled the knuckle heads on Sherwood who couldn’t figure out how to cancel the prescription I had returned. Wayne get a prescription ready of current drugs and gave paperwork with warnings and dosage information that Sherwood omitted. Thank you Wayne Bajon for going the extra mile. Sorry for the hassle on a Saturday morning.
