Horrible slow service
I truly don’t understand what’s going on in the pharmacy area. I understand it may get busy but it’s such an inconvenience to receive a call saying a prescription is done and needs to be pickup only to arrive and it’s not done so then I’m waiting 30+ mins. What’s worse is waiting all that extra time and realizing they don’t give me all the prescriptions for my parent going back and being forced to wait another 20-30 mins. The manager and staff are non caring, non professional individuals. I will not shop here ever again. They were condescending towards me. I tried to work out a problem with the staff member and later with the manager but, they continued making me feel like an idiot. I quietly walked away and informed my family and friends not to shop here. I am now asking you to do the same. On a good note, the Walgreens at 1532 86th St 34 34, Brooklyn, NY 11228 were super helpful and respectful. I figure I'll give you guys a choice.
The the staff are very helpful especially the night staff. And very much with the cashiers at the registers. It would be a little busy but just need patience. There only human and pretty helpful nevertheless.. returning something that's on sale is pretty much of a hassle. Even returning something the same brand it's too confusing for them when using your computers.
