Terrible pharmacy!!! worst ever, always long lines, if you are out of refills you can not call and place a refill thru the phone system. The system doesn't even recognize your RX number. You have to call and wait till they are open and talk to someone to be able to order a refill that you have been getting for years and years. Its ridiculous!!
This is the first time I've left a review here, but Walgreens pharmacy deserves my response so everyone else knows to avoid it. Every single time I ordered my prescription for months, there was some reason I couldn't pick up the entire order. Something always went wrong in their system, and they would either blame my doctor or insurance for their own faults. I only went through them because they were conveniently nearby. In March 2023, I picked up a monthly refill from this location, and my prescription had 10 PILLS MISSING out of it! IT IS a controlled substance, and while the pharmacist initialed next to the quantity indicated on the prescription bottle- but there were still 10 pills missing. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BELIEVE IT. I called and spoke to the pharmacist- they chose to do nothing. No one looked into it, no one watched the security videos, and I realize that I should have just filled out a police report.
