Wish I could give zero stars. Currently on hold over 35 minutes with cycles of hold music to ringing to someone picking up for a fraction of a second and putting me instantly back on hold. This is after I waited on a separate hold line. I am trying to confirm that my prescription has arrived. I have already been in person three times and each time I am told it was ordered and then it does not arrive. I have also updated my insurance information each time and been told it would save. Que incomodo es preguntar algo al personal del pasillo siempre están enojados solo vengo acá por emergencia. De verdad los dueños de esta tienda deben de seleccionar bien su personal de trabajo. Que horrible he incomodo..

Good variety of products. I needed something that was locked up. I rang the bell twice and got no answer, but I went up to the counter and told the girl who was serving, and she came right away. The service was very friendly.

I try not to come here unless it’s an emergency, like real emergency. When you interact with the staff, they make a point to show you what an inconvenience it is to ask them anything. As if pointing out where a product was or retrieving your photos was not in their job description but rather a paid do it service. I’ve never met people who were more allergic to work than the sad individuals I’ve met here. Sadly, it’s likely not representative of all the staff but I’ve been here a few times and it’s my experience every time.
