When I transferred from Rite Aid I was told by a Walgreens employee that im gonna love it. Um, not! I understand that they are overwhelmed but after 7 months they should have their stuff together. The worst is trying to call there. No lie, more than once I waited on hold for over 2 hrs. I know they go to lunch at 1:30 and if I was still on hold they say if u want to wait on hold my place in line wouldn't be affected. Wait calling the pharmacy is over 90 minutes. Line in and outside of the store is super long. Online system states to call.
I'm 9th in the line inside. Outside, the cars stretch around the building too. It was like that yesterday and I gave up. The day before when I first went and joined a line of 8 other people in front of me, four days after my script was sent to them, and I was told when I finally got to the counter that it was not ready yet; for statins, nothing fancy! I'm looking for an alternative pharmacy company.
