I went to this location when it was a Rite Aid Pharmacy, and my experience back then was completely different. Prescription orders and pickups were handled smoothly, and one of the main reasons I chose this location was because Rite Aid kept it open 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, it seems that customer service was somehow lost in the transition to Walgreens. This has been, without question, my worst pharmaceutical experience ever. I ordered my prescription and after two days it was lost. They couldn’t find it. This is the second time this has happened.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The store itself is decent, but the pharmacy they need to clean house from the pharmacist to the whole staff. The pharmacist was so rude and inconsiderate. That’s definitely not how you treat ppl who come to get the medication. Be cautious when dropping or picking up medication here, slow and rude and don’t expect it to be ready on time or to get great customer service.
Pharmacy is horrible and never answered the phone. Plus they take forever to filled your prescription. DON'T GO HERE!!!!
