I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated with disrespect instead of courtesy, and it made the entire visit unpleasant. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
Great location and friendly, attentive associates. But, often out of stock on a wide range of items.
This review is a response to stephanie guarchila since she left a terrible review for no apparent reason. I was right behind her during her "argument" with the manager. I have been going to this pharmacy for many years now and they have always treated me with kindness and respect. Stephanie happens to work at a CVS and was making extremely rude and heinous remarks to the manager and comparing the 2 pharmacies like it was some sort of game. Pharmacy department is a mess, medicine takes forever and the staff member was rude.
This pharmacy is a no no, the manager over all was so rude didn’t even want to help, her being rude while I was nicely asking if she can transfer my medication from the cvs, she was like no. What type of costumer service does she have. I understand there are people rude but I wasn’t rude at all I was being nice and polite. There was no need for that stinky attitude.
