This branch is consistently unreliable. You have to go the pharmacy to speak to someone to make sure your prescription will be filled on the correct date, they will promise it will be, only for you to arrive on the agreed upon date and it not be filled. This has happened the past three times I have filled my monthly prescription and is extremely frustrating. They always seem understaffed, constantly behind, and exhausted.

I arrived at the pharmacy at 5:59 with one person in front of me who was done in 15 seconds. An employee, as she walked away, said we are closed and another said that I would have to come back in the morning. I explained that I was there to pick up my daughter's prescriptions and that she had just had surgery . These were very simple prescriptions that would have taken 15 seconds to fill. Terrible pharmacy experience. I checked in for my prescription and was told it was almost ready and to wait just a few minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to the pickup window to ask for an update. They said it was ready—but then told me I’d have to get back in the very long line to check out. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed.
