had a really frustrating experience at Walgreens this morning. The employee who was supposed to open the store at 7 a.m. was extremely dismissive. He told me, in a condescending tone, that it was too difficult to open the store, and I had to wait. I expected to get in by 7 as promised, but instead I was left waiting. This was really unprofessional and disappointing.
Pharmacy is always understaffed. Long waits, long lines. Not a great experience. Feel bad for the staff. They try their best, but one person can’t handle the phones, the drive thru and the front counter at the same time.
Poor customer service. The staff is too busy chit chatting amongst each other and giggling. There's no eye contact when speaking with the customer. There is a lack of communication. I have been trying to pick up 1 Rx since last month. No communication regarding the Rx being ready. Rx gets RTS (without my knowledge that it's been sitting there) then PA has to processed again?? Very unacceptable. No wonder this location has an overall 2-star. Might as well shut down this unproductive location and see how that takes care of the... read more
