Pharmacy staff is BEYOND rude. Was on hold for almost an hour after waiting 50 minutes on hold to speak to someone, I finally got to speak with them for 3 seconds until I was put right back on hold. After working at Walgreens myself for 4-5 years this is just unacceptable. I wish I would’ve gotten this ladies name but a technician I had gotten twice doesn’t listen or even try to take care of a situation. Beyond incompetent.
Prescriptions often delayed often for days. Never able to get through on the phone. On occasion closed before posted closing time.
