Called Regarding a simple question and the woman who answered the phone was not friendly at all. There was no formal greeting, she didn't try to work with me in regards to finding a solution to my question and when the conversation was over she just hung up the phone not even a goodbye. I understand being busy but I do not understand being unprofessional.
The lady who answer the phone who help with my daughter prescription is friendly, patient and helpful.
I’ve been having trouble with getting my medication because of insurance but the pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The pharmacist even took the time to call my insurance provider for me so that I get my medication on time (since I need take this medication in a timely manner) So thankful to have this pharmacy in my neighborhood!
My experience with this pharmacy has been unprofessional and dangerous. If you have to take medicine on a schedule do not use this pharmacy.
Usually my order goes through, but I have do it proactively because they'll either send medicine not in formulary, not prior authorized, or never sent from medical staff, medicine you need in emergency that can't be refill yet, they'll give in emergency if it was damaged and need it and you show them so you can throw at bin when they give you replacement.
