I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit. Despite providing all necessary information and allowing ample time, the medication wasn’t ready when I returned, and I was unfairly blamed for the delays. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Due to this, I will not be returning to this location for future prescriptions.
My provider called in a new script then confirming with my provider it was sent then after 7 days of no updates from Walgreens i made the call. After calling the pharmacy 2 days in a row and with no answer after first day, was on hold with this pharmacy for over 1.5 hours, stated I had 2 callers in front of me at the 30 minute mark but seriously what are THEY doing that they don't seem to answer any calls?! Then come to find out they didn’t have it and i needed to go back to my provider, WASTE of TIME, just answer the phone?... read more
Great staff friendly environment and helpful
I was on hold for 15 min with one caller in front of me when they hung up on me. I then called back and was on hold for another 15min. Just a little frustrating.
