I usually don’t like to single out individual staff members, but today’s experience left me absolutely disappointed & compelled me to do so. Staff member named “JANNUTAN T.” did not apply the coupons during my transaction and quoted me a higher total amount, even though my app clearly showed a lower total amount. Because of this discrepancy, I chose not to proceed with the transaction and instead went to another staff member, who correctly applied the coupons and charged the proper amount. Ms. Sheuli Dev and Anthony V are assets to Walgreens as they are very respectful and helpful towards the customers. They always make sure to address customer issues and concerns with a smile on their face and are never hesitant to help. They are also honest staffs while some are dishonest in this store who don't hand out the register reward coupons to the customers and either save it for themselves or block out the coupons. Wishing the two the best wishes in their career!!!

Waited 2 hours post my appointment time before they would actually give me my vaccine. I was the only person here too. They just kept saying wait in the waiting area. Easily the most disorganized Walgreens I've ever been too. Pharmacist was busy with taking care of personal things. The worst part is they didn't even know what vaccine to give me. I had to tell them twice cause they kept forgetting. What's the point of an online appointment system if they don't even read the information?

First time ever having a poor experience at a Walgreens Pharmacy. Was told by my local Walgreens pharmacy to come here for my dog's medication (it was out of stock at most of the pharmacies.) The lady at the counter was very unhelpful and didn't bother to look up any patient records. While I can't blame anyone for out of stock medicine, she refused to offer any support because the pharmacy was closing for lunch in 20 minutes....told me to go to CVS even though she didn't know if the insulin will be available.
