Have been using this pharmacy for a long time. Scripts filled quickly. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Continually messes up. Was told by phone at 10:00am: "We're working on your prescription." Go to the pharmacy at 2:00pm and am told: "It will be ready tomorrow."
Every time I call to get a prescription filled they are super nice and accommodating. I drive out from Chicago to go here because I can never get my prescription filled in the city. I am grateful for this pharmacy. I like the drive up too. In and out!
Came in for a vaccine and the person in pharmacy asked me very personal medical questions that were not required. When I refused to answer she admitted that I wasn’t required to answer. I told her she had no reason to ask these things and these vaccines did not require a prescription. Do better Walgreens and stop letting your staff political beliefs interfere with service.
