I was in the other day and a young man named dara was very kind and respectful helped me pick out my multivitamins and asked if I needed help with anything else. He loaded cases if water into my cart and was very respectful

Walgreens is probably making too much money now because they certainly don't care about customers and patients who need prescriptions filled. Within the last year this location has become terrible with filling critical prescriptions needed. It's always a problem when refilling prescriptions. Their excuse is you have to call your doctor to approve a refill which I have been doing for years. Has got to be the worst pharmacy in America. Without fail there is always an issue when picking up prescriptions I know have been called in. Either they’re not ready, or I can’t get the amount prescribed. Stop with the lip service, get off your phone and do your job. A clown show every time I go there, whether it’s for me, my wife or my kids. It’s not like our insurance is bad, or they don’t take it, but still there’s always a problem.

I had one of the worst pharmacy experiences of my life at this Walgreens. I went in to pick up a critical glaucoma medication—something I’ve filled countless times at other Walgreens without issue—and the pharmacist, Michelle, flat-out lied to me. She claimed my prescription needed to say something different in order to be filled. That was completely false. While the wait at the pharmacy was really bad 2-4 years ago due to the closing of Rite-Aid. Its properly staffed now and the drive thru usually takes 2-5 minutes no longer 10-20.
