Has got to be the worst pharmacy in America. Without fail there is always an issue when picking up prescriptions I know have been called in. Either they’re not ready, or I can’t get the amount prescribed. Stop with the lip service, get off your phone and do your job. A clown show every time I go there, whether it’s for me, my wife or my kids. It’s not like our insurance is bad, or they don’t take it, but still there’s always a problem.
I had one of the worst pharmacy experiences of my life at this Walgreens. I went in to pick up a critical glaucoma medication—something I’ve filled countless times at other Walgreens without issue—and the pharmacist, Michelle, flat-out lied to me. She claimed my prescription needed to say something different in order to be filled. That was completely false. While the wait at the pharmacy was really bad 2-4 years ago due to the closing of Rite-Aid. Its properly staffed now and the drive thru usually takes 2-5 minutes no longer 10-20.
Ridiculous slow service!!! The wait time to pick up your prescription is ridiculous!
