I placed an app order and one of the options to pick it up was to go through the drive-thru line. I checked first and there was not one car in line and I really didn't have time to go in. This is a busy location and picking up an order (even a small one) can take time since they are understaffed. I pulled up and waited......Then someone came to the window and asked what I needed. Just dissatisfied with the lack of concern when people need medicine and the pharmacy is closed prematurely due to staff issues. Also, no notice given to folks who are scheduled to pick up medicine. There should be a process put in place when emergencies with staff happen. Unacceptable.
