I switched to this location because the one at Wakefield had horrendous lines and wait times. I needed to pick up my prescription and I was going by near the time that the pharmacy was supposed to be on break from 1:30 PM to 2pm. So I got in line and waited for them to open the drive-through at 2pm. After 22 minutes, I was able to get through to talk to a person in the store. Their response was, they did not know where the pharmacist was, and when it would reopen. I guess it’s time to switch pharmacies again.
Worst worst experience ever .Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I went to Walgreens for urgent photo services and was refused assistance by an employee named Brittany, who claimed to be the manager. Despite clearly explaining that I was in a rush and had an immigration appointment the next morning, she refused to help and said she was “busy” with something else. Don't bother making an appointment for a flu or covid vaccine. The appointments mean nothing and they don't give you any priority in line. Go to another pharmacy instead.
