I had a great experience at Walgreens Horizon West thanks to Claire! She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional during my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made sure I found everything I needed. Claire went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and attentive these days. We visit this store a lot for its convenient location for my prescriptions. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes to get someone to check you out as they will be stocking or working elsewhere. This location sometimes get busy since they have a FedEx dropoff inside the store.
Conrad always gets me exactly what I need and answers any and all questions that I have. I can always count on him!
