Just left and the pharmacy cashier was not that nice. Wish I had gotten her name. The medication kept coming up FSA and not HSA so I had to pay cash for my prescription. The cashier kept saying she doesn't know. Then said it was a technical issue. Which one? So basically if ppl can't use HSA they have to pay cash. Like what??? Great staff great location
Every month I call in the same prescription. It says it is received and processing and will stay in this state for days unless I pick up the phone and ask about the status. Like magic, once this call is made, the script is ready within 1-2 hours. The worst part of this is when calling the pharmacy there is a >50% you will have to wait an obscene amount of time on hold, or get hung up on "accidentally". Don't bother showing up near closing, even if your meds are ready to pick up and it would take 20 seconds - the pharmacists will ignore you as they pack up and refuse to get you the medicine you need so they can skip out right at quittin time.
