Ever since Walgreens came to Celina and replaced the Brookshire’s Pharmacy it’s been such a headache, staff is slow and while they have 4-5 people working only one register is open, a quick 5 minute pickup is always 20-30 minute wait, so frustrating and also always drop the ball in following orders and authorizations and if you need to call to follow up they never answer the phone, if there was the option to give negative stars , I would
Rude and they don’t care. Avoid this place it’s bad.
Same as all the others have said. Slow, rude, inefficient, and regularly out of medications.
No one answers the phone. I get stuck on hold 15-20 minutes with a message that there is one call ahead of me. I’ve tried 8 times in the last 3 days.
Awful location. Unprofessional and waste of time. Highly recommend to avoid them…
