I'm in the area temporarily. Was told they would order my medicine and have it in stock in 2 days and I would get a text message when it was ready. No notification came so I called to check, and there was no record that I had spoken to them 2 days prior and no one had ordered the med. Then I'm told they can't see the prescription anymore in the system and they weren't willing to troubleshoot the problem. The attitude was definitely one of "not my problem". This was the final straw for me, done with Walgreens.
Closed on weekends, didn't fill my prescription for 2 days, said they would notify me when they did but did not; now I check on Saturday and it says it is "ready for pickup" despite not being ready last night when they closed and them being closed all weekend. The Walgreens pharmacy down the street is open, but of course their shitty website lets me transfer my prescription to any store except that one.
