Nice people but it takes forever to pick up a script. Walgreens has seemingly gone to a minimal staffing thing and prescriptions take a super long to pick up. This has happened with other Walgreens in colorado as well. It takes 5-10 minutes per car when you go through the drive through.
Have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years, and usually no problem. That is until the last 6 to 8 months! It has become the pattern to fill scripts when they want to, NOT when the doctor orders it filled! Pharmacist do not decide when and how a patient takes their meds, the doctor decides that, but this pharmacy seems to forget that! Doctors have received so many complaints about THIS pharmacy, that they are now asking Patients if they want their meds called into another one! I certainly will be from here on out!
I have went there many times to get my medicine and they are closed due to no pharmacist on duty. Because they need to hire somebody !
My prescription has been filled incorrectly over 5 times since going here, even after they made a special note on their computer. Additionally, I’ve been told multiple times on multiple occasions, both in person and via phone, that a prescription was ready, only to show up and find out it wasn’t filled yet, or that they still needed to order it.
I've never had a problem with them. They've always been really nice and in some cases have gone over and above typical service just to make sure I got my meds. The pharmacists there are really good about answering questions too which I appreciate.
