Bad customer service!!!
Would give 0 if possible. I truly don’t know what these employees are doing all day in the pharmacy because it’s not filling prescriptions, transferring prescriptions, or answering calls.
Worst pharmacy I've been to in my life. I understand accidents happen, medications are out of stock sometimes, etc... but to have issues EVERY SINGLE TIME is pathetic. The most recent, and last time I will use them, they told me they were filling a prescription but after checking in a couple days later, it had expired (because they take 2 weeks to fill each time). No update, no notification, and when I calmly asked if its normal to take 2 weeks to fill a prescription, she shrugs and condescendingly tells me I should try anot... read more
If I could give it zero stars I would. At some point maybe corporate will pay attention.
