I have been a customer of this location for years, and overall, the customer service has always been great. The pharmacy team has consistently been customer-focused and helpful. However, my experience at the drive-thru today around 10:30 was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had here—or anywhere else. Bad customer service at pharmacy, very nonprofessional staff
Signage at this store is wrong. Signage says pharmacist will be on duty at 8am but I was just told they do not start until 10am. Additionally, both myself and my wife consistently have delays of up to 2 weeks when trying to fill vital medications. This place is trash
It was such an awesome experience with Laura, the Pharmacist, at the Strickland Road location in Raleigh today! What a sweetheart! Laura was extremely kind and knowledable!
