It was such an awesome experience with Laura, the Pharmacist, at the Strickland Road location in Raleigh today! What a sweetheart! Laura was extremely kind and knowledable! Unprofessional and slow. Over the years this has been an increasingly common issue and so we are switching pharmacies. No sense of urgency, laughter and distractions when having phone conversations, good luck asking them to repeat something if you didn’t hear it. It’s sad because this used to be a fantastic pharmacy. It takes hours to fulfill prescriptions, lots of hand holding, absolutely no interest in calling your doctors office to work things out.
