There's nothing wrong with the pharmacy itself. However it seems like 70% of the clients show up and claim they've never been asked for their insurance information before. Stop holding up the line and tell them you'll pay cash or show them whatever insurance card you have. Maybe scan it in the app before you show up. A separate line for those of us with our ducks in a row would be nice. There's a decent apartment of OTC medications and they'll do flu and COVID vaccinations if you want them. Some man who gave the name of Andy kept picking up my calls and placing them On hold without a word he did this over 30 times until I called from another number he picked right up and asked how he could help me I let him know after I asked for what I needed that that was me on the other number and was confused on why he kept hanging up on me and that I was going to report him all he said was ok. This place has always had rude and lazy unprofessional people working in their pharmacy.

The pharmacy is terrible from staff to auto-mated services….they lie and tell your rx is ready and they aren’t in stock. They say they will order them and never do. The need an entire system revamp

If I could give a 0, that's what I would give. A prescription that was placed on Monday for epilepsy for my son, not ready for a whole week. No call to let us know they won't be able to fill it or the hold up. They could care less, the cashier in the front was kind enough to let us know we can file as many complaints as we want, won't matter since that store makes a lot of money. Isn't that sweet?
