Customer service and at the pharmacy is very bad. They never answer the phone. I have waited on hold many times just to be hung up on. Feels like a policy to ignore phone calls.
Despite the issues due to the volume of work l must say l always get all my meds on time without major issues. The pharmacists are highly professional. I've been using this pharmacy for 5 yrs. They should be praised always.
