I never liked this pharmacy always overpriced always seem rude and never very helpful i dont see how they keep doors open i literally hate big pharmacies smaller 1s usually are way more better and more convenient in the last 8 months I've seen 1st hand how band the customer service is and how rude they can be its completely unacceptable its us the customers that help keep the doors open if u can't make us happy we go elsewhere do better or go out of business rant over
Waits at the pharmacy are insane.
I rated this pharmacy well a few years ago, however it has gone downhill lately. Scripts are rarely filled on-time, the app is super buggy which results in poor communication with the pharmacy. Even simple scripts (like when you come from the doctor's office or ER) can't be filled in a reasonable time. When there's an issue filling a script, the pharmacy techs can't describe the issue, which makes fixing the issue difficult. Good people but horribly staffed. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else like Costco... Sad that Walgreens would rather maximize profit at the expense of their own staff and the consumer.
