I received a phone call from the pharmacy stating they were waiting for my prescription approval. I told the lady I didn’t have any pending prescriptions nor refills. They still contacted my Doctor’s office to authorize the refill. I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and this is not the first time time they try to do a refill in a prescription I do not have refills. Please do not do that!
