I don’t like to leave one star reviews, but the amount of time I’ve spent on hold on the phone at the pharmacy is truly abysmal. They will answer and automatically put you back on hold. I called another Walgreens and got my prescription refilled in a couple minutes. Don’t even bother trying to do anything at this pharmacy if you can’t go in person anytime you need something.
Emmanuel always provides the needed help, information and top quality services. He helped me a lot with my prescription related issues. Every visit ends with positive energy
This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in town. The pharmacists are so helpful.
This should be a 0 star review! They don’t deserve a star at all. I just left after airing an hour for them to go through all their bins saying they misfiled my script that I waited a week for as it was because it was out of stock. Then one of the techs came to me after waiting an hour and said they needed to do more of a deep dive to look for it ???? This place is USELESS!! It’s been two days past my pick up time and I’ve heard nothing I can’t cancel it either for some reason They dont pick up the phone ---- In the past also, I've been prescribed antibiotics because i was sick and miserable, and the whole day was passing without them filling it. I ended up transferring to an another Walgreens pharmacy who got it started without any issues. Do not rely on them for anything.
