Trying to get prescriptions here has been awful. I’ve given this locations more times than I can count because it is so convenient location wise. You’ll send in a prescription and unless your constantly call to check on it, it’s never filled or always out. My final straw was needing antibiotics for my son and it took multiple calls, to finally get it filled.
Private equity ran walgreens into the ground so it's no wonder Brookshire's got this franchise deal for cheap. The Fresh pharmacy used to be great, I don't trust walgreens or cvs nowadays. SOMEone's gotta steal value for the shareholders. This is what normal traffic looks like now that Walgreens took over Brookshire's Pharmacy. Idk what Fresh management was high on, but this is god-awful service in every way. Why on EARTH would you ever cede more control to the CVS/Walgreens oligarchy?!? What were you guys thinking?
