I’ve had great service from Walgreens inside Fresh! Jacob and Vanessa have always given me very efficient and very friendly service. I do try to allow grace with any pharmacy I’ve ever used as they are multi tasking, this Walgreens is no exception. If you have ever been inside you can see this first hand or if you call to speak to the pharmacy you can hear it too, they are not sitting around and ignoring customers. Waited 30 minutes at the drive through then they took 15 to get my prescription.
The monetary impact of the cumulatively lost time from all patrons trying to use this pharmacy must be in the tens of millions. I have sat in line at this pharmacy and measured >10 minutes per customer served. I do not know if it is one bad shift or one bad pharmacist or what.
Horrible pharmacy!!! They can never get any prescription right! Always takes forever and their absolutely unprofessional! Never ever go here and waste of absolute time! I wouldnt trust them for my kids medicine!!!!!
