Ever since Fresh switched the pharmacy it’s been terrible service! I will not be filling my prescriptions here. They NEVER answer the phone. They rarely have anything in stock. Do not use this pharmacy. Very disappointing!!
I keep receiving texts that they are still working with my insurance. They do not answer calls. Then, occasionally waiting until prescription becomes in stock. Horrendous customer service.
Never honor the hours posted on the window or website! Crazy to always close the entire pharmacy for a lunch break instead of taking shifts! Prescription is never ready even after I get a text saying it’s ready!
Done with Walgreens. Been having all my prescriptions filled there for years. They have always honored GoodRX prices until today. The GoodRX price was $16.93 but the refused to honor the price and charged me $31.31. I filled this exact same prescription 2 months ago at Walgreens for $17.00. Not a good business model to overcharge seniors on a fixed income for a prescription that I have to take daily for life. I will be moving all my prescriptions to HEB which is just down the street.
