Online order for pickup is pure garbage!!! I placed the order earlier in the day and went to the store in the afternoon and they couldn’t even see the order on their system. The manager came and asked me to do it again and they still couldn’t see anything on their system even if I had paid both times. Incredibly frustrating and we are in a rush and not feeling well. Avoid "Dr." Patel. He's rude and impatient and I would not want someone like that giving me any medical "care". On the flip side Olivia at the register up front was so lovely and kind.
Twice I went into the pharmacy and Astro was incredibly helpful to me. He took action right away, didn’t make me jump through hoops, and he successfully got me what I needed.
