Absolute worst pharmacy I've been to. My son's doctor sent them a prescription this morning and I waited hours, checked the status online, tried to call the store, etc. so we could pick it up ASAP. I received the text around 5 that it was ready, but we weren't able to go then. We went to the store to pick it up as soon as we could, and the pharmacy had closed 15 minutes earlier. Extremely slow service when dispensing medication. I waited for hours in pain in the parking lot after being told my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. I checked back every hour, and by the third hour it still wasn’t ready. The lack of urgency and efficiency is incredibly frustrating—especially when patients are unwell and need their medication promptly. Being honest about wait times before taking a prescription would show more respect for patient wellbeing than prioritizing money. I will not be returning.

My girlfriend had hip surgery. She needed a raised toilet seat and ordered one. Of course she couldn't come herself but we I tried to call ahead before leaving the house. Some cruel person was giving me grief . The early surgery was bad enough. Whomever they were was rude without any compassion 💔 .
