Very slow and unhelpful staff. Shop elsewhere at a Drug Store that cares. Storewide just a lack of service. At the pharmacy and front counter. Often the line of people waiting at the register with no attendees.
This pharmacy works well under pressure. While the wait was longer than expected, I was out of there before I knew it. Ordering ahead of time works wonders. Had better service here than at Costco. Ijs.
I came to pick up some medicine for my baby, and they told me to wait for about an hour. I waited, and when the hour was up, I asked about the medicine again; they told me I had to wait at least another two hours because they were very busy and had orders ahead of mine—and it was just refills for an inhaler.
3rd time i have tried this pharmacy and as usual nothing is ready, no one answers the phone. Very inefficient and dissapointing. I hope leadership actually steps in to change things fast. Seriously! I will not come back the this pharmacy again.
